Which brands do you service?

We focus on premium lines: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Bosch (Benchmark), GE Monogram, LG, Samsung, and others. If your brand isn’t listed, call us — we may still cover it.

Do you use OEM parts?

Yes — OEM parts only, sourced from authorized suppliers for reliable, lasting repairs.

What are your booking windows?

We schedule in convenient windows: 9–11, 11–1, 1–2, 2–4, 4–7. Same-/next-day is often available, including weekends. Book online on the booking page.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

Yes — a flat $89. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied to the repair cost.

What warranty do you provide?

We back our work with a 1-year parts and 2-year labor warranty on most repairs.

Do you work weekends or offer emergencies?

Yes, we work weekends. Limited emergency slots may be available depending on parts and routing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Invoices and receipts are provided for every job.

How should I prepare for the visit?

Please clear access to the appliance, note error codes or symptoms, and share the model number if available.

Do you take old parts away?

Yes, we remove replaced parts and packaging debris after the repair.
