Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliance Services covers built-in and professional kitchen equipment throughout San Diego County. Sub-Zero refrigeration is most of the week: built-ins and PRO series units, wine cabinets and beverage centers, refrigerator drawers and ice makers. Wolf ranges and ovens are most of what is left. Cove dishwashers, Thermador, Miele, Viking, Asko, Bosch and GE Monogram fill in the rest, because a kitchen here is almost never one manufacturer. A house in Carmel Valley, Torrey Pines or San Marcos is far more likely to hold an integrated column where a control board schedules the defrost from compressor run time and door openings and reports through a service mode. Same complaint on the phone, two entirely different diagnoses, two different sets of parts. That is why we ask for the model and serial number before we ask anything else.

Distance is the other thing this county does to a service call. Coronado to Fallbrook is not a drive anyone wants to make twice for the same fault, and the same goes for Pala, Valley Center and Bonsall. So the phone call does real work: the brand, the model number where the plate can be reached, which compartment has gone warm, any code on the display, and how long it has been going on. Common Sub-Zero and Wolf failure parts ride on the van as stock, which is why many calls finish on the visit. Anything rarer is sourced from an authorized supplier, and you have the part name and the price before it is ordered rather than after it arrives.
