Reaching us from anywhere in the county
The line is answered Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, on (858) 683-1717, and the two minutes before you dial are worth more than anything else you can do. Stand at the appliance and find the model and serial plate: on a built-in refrigerator it is on the frame inside the door or behind the lower grille, and on a range or a wall oven it is usually on the frame behind the door or under the control panel. Then note which compartment or which mode is actually wrong, roughly when it started, and any code on the display exactly as it appears, letters included. That handful of details decides which generation of part leaves the shop, and on this equipment the difference between generations is total.
Then tell us where you are, and be specific about how the property is reached, because this county makes that matter more than most. Coronado is over the bridge or up the Silver Strand and neither route is quick at the wrong hour. Rancho Santa Fe, Fallbrook, Bonsall and Valley Center hold long private drives, gates and keypads, and a code given on the phone saves a call made from the end of a driveway. Oceanside and San Clemente sit at opposite ends of the Camp Pendleton stretch with nothing to turn off at in between. None of that is small talk, and all of it is the difference between arriving at the appliance and arriving at a gate.
