The information we hold

If you leave a mobile number, expect at most a handful of messages and all of them about your own repair — confirmation, arrival, a follow-up on a part. Nothing promotional is ever sent from this number. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
When it gets deleted
Long enough to honor the warranty on the work and to satisfy a tax or insurance question, and no longer. There are no advertising trackers on these pages; a visit to this site is recorded only in the server log, our own analytics and the PostHog visit recordings described on this page.
Under 13
