What happens on the visit
- You describe the symptom. Brand, model if you have it, and what the appliance is actually doing. Half the time that is enough to know which part is coming on the van.
- We test before we quote. The grille or the rear panel comes off, temperatures are read at the coil rather than off the display, and the component is tested rather than assumed.
- You get the price first. Parts and labor, in one figure, before anything is fitted. It does not move afterwards.
- The repair, usually the same visit. The common failures on this equipment are carried as stock. Anything rarer is ordered as an OEM part, or from an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable, and fitted on a second, scheduled visit.

The call-out and diagnosis is $89. What that pays for is a technician who tests the component instead of reading the symptom and guessing — which is the difference between one visit and three.

Do you work on Cove dishwashers?
Yes, and more often than people expect, because Cove is the Sub-Zero Group’s dishwasher and tends to be fitted in the same kitchen. Will you have to pull my built-in out of the cabinetry to work on it?
Almost never. A Sub-Zero built-in is meant to be serviced where it stands: the condenser and compressor deck through the grille, the evaporator behind a panel inside the compartment, the controls without disturbing the installation.
