- You get the price first. Parts and labor, in one figure, before anything is fitted. It does not move afterwards.
- The repair, usually the same visit. The common failures on this equipment are carried as stock. Anything rarer is ordered as an OEM part, or from an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable, and fitted on a second, scheduled visit.
What it costs
The call-out and diagnosis is $89. What that pays for is a technician who tests the component instead of reading the symptom and guessing — which is the difference between one visit and three.
The repair price comes after the diagnosis, as a single figure for parts and labor, and it is agreed by you before the work starts. OEM parts, priced openly.

Is the work backed by anything, and what parts do you fit?
Most repairs carry a one-year warranty on parts and a two-year warranty on labor. Parts are OEM Sub-Zero, or from authorized suppliers when the factory part is unavailable. If the appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, call Sub-Zero, Wolf or Viking first and use the coverage you paid for. Are you part of the manufacturer’s own service program?
No. This is an independent repair company and says so plainly. Sub-Zero publishes the list of everyone who is in that program on subzero-wolf.com, so check this shop against it, or any other.
